Immigration Appeal and Visa Refusal

If your application for a visa/leave to remain/indefinite leave to remain is refused then, in many cases, there is a right of appeal to the Immigration Tribunal. This is a tribunal system where your case can be heard by an immigration judge, who is independent of the UK Border Agency or the Visa Office. This can be your opportunity to put your point of view forward and get the UK Border Agency or Visa Office's decision reversed. An immigration appeal may be a complex undertaking, and we therefore advise you, if you wish to make an appeal, to seek professional assistance. We are registered with the OISC (Office of the Immigration Service Commissioner) to the highest level (level 3) and are able to deal with a wide range of appeals. This includes  immigration appeals against a refusal of:
1. entry clearance
2. leave to enter
3. leave to remain
