Tier 1 (Post-study work) visa
The Tier 1 Post-Study Work scheme visa allows non - EEA graduates who have completed and acquired a UK degree, Master's degree, PhD or postgraduate diploma or certificate or equivalent qualification to remain work in the UK and work.
Overview
Graduates have an opportunity to work in the UK on completion of the period providing that they can satisfy relevant requirements of appropriate immigration category.Tier 1 Post-Study Work migrants can work in employment or self-employment without any restriction. Leave is granted for a period of two years only, but it may be possible to “switch” into a different category from Tier 1 Post-Study Work status.
