Tier 1 (Post-study work) visa
The Tier 1 Post-Study Work scheme visa allows non – EEA graduates who have successfully completed a UK Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, PhD or postgraduate diploma or certificate or equivalent qualification to remain in the UK and work for a period of two years.
Tier 1 Post-Study Work migrants can work in employment or self-employment without any restriction. Leave is granted for a period of two years only, but it may be possible to “switch” into a different category from Tier 1 Post-Study Work status.
