Whether you are a multi-national organisation wishing to move your employees to the UK, or you are a small company which  needs to recruit someone who requires a Tier 2 work permit, our staff will be delighted to help you. Or you may have an employee who now qualifies for UK residency, or who may wish to apply for a UK passport.

Our Tier 2 work permit advisers have extensive experience in helping companies in a wide variety of areas, including the oil industry, financial services, IT, telecommunications, retail, healthcare and broadcasting. We find that this business knowledge, built up over some years of experience, can be invaluable in terms of understanding clients' requirements and how work permit rules relate to them.

A Tier 2 work permit may not always be the appropriate solution. In some cases, for example where a company from overseas wishes to a establish a UK entity, it may be more appropriate to apply under the sole representative or business investor categories. If work permit requirements cannot be met by a prospective employee it might be possible for them to apply under the Tier 1 General scheme or possibly some other immigration scheme.

Our starting point is generally an initial consultation (face-to-face, by telephone or by email) to ascertain exactly what the client's requirements are. This applies both to UK companies wishing to bring in employees from overseas and to firms outside the UK wishing to establish a UK presence. Once we understand your business and your needs we draw on our experience and expertise to tell you exactly what is legally possible and which type or types of visa are best suited to your circumstances.

Having established your requirements we will:
give you a full and detailed list of documents you need to provide;
prepare the application form and send it to you to check and sign;
if the application is an in-country application, submit the application to the Home Office;
respond to any enquiries about the application and keep the client informed accordingly;
once the application has been approved, advise where necessary on any other immigration requirements.

Our undertaking to you:
we will deliver a timely, professional service based on our in-depth understanding of the immigration and work permit rules and how they may apply to your circumstances
we will not, normally, submit an application to the immigration authorities until we are reasonably confident that it will be approved.
