Business immigration

This section is for individuals and corporate clients coming to the UK to set up or join a business.

The business may be in the the form of a limited company, a partnership or a sole tradership, and it may be a new business or it may be an already-existing business which is being expanded. The new business might also be a new branch of a foreign company which wishes to set up a branch in the UK (sole representative visa).
